I hope this finds you safe and in good health! As many of you know, the shelter-in-place order is still in effect and mandatory closures of all non-essential businesses have been extended to 4/30. Books are closed for April, but May is open for now with a continuing eye on any Covid-19 updates. No bummer summer, we will be reunited very soon! If you have an appointment scheduled between now and 4/30 you can either make an adjustment by selecting the "CHANGE/CANCEL" button located in your confirmation email.
It's been hard, navigating on how I can make myself useful to you at this time, since most of what I do and love is working with my hands. For what I can offer now, is a bit of solace I've been finding in this isolation whether that's some new tunes, imagery, nourishment, light-hearted reads, and my favorite online ways to move thaaa body.

MOBETTA NUTRITIOUS EATS
One of my favorite things to make lately, has been this power house immuno-nutritious little bowl of heaven. Not only is it like having dessert any time of the day, it's nutrient dense-good for you, and bonus points for also boosting your over-all skin health. Feel free to swap out ingredients as you see fit!
Recipe:
Trader Joe's/Forage brand cashew yogurt (strawberry/vanilla/cherry are my favorite flavors)
Whole Foods French vanilla almond loose/bulk granola
Handful organic blueberries
Chopped and peeled cara cara orange bits (my favorite for their distinguishable sweetness)
Bee pollen (and whatever nutritional supplements like hemp, chia seeds, etc.)
Finally dust with your favorite nutritional powders like Matcha, or moon juice powders!
